Fixed ossyria explorer and maple explorer medals not working?

So I got all the different "explorer" medals for going to specific maps in different regions. once you get them all it's supposed to give you the maple explorer medal, but it's not even showing up as available for me. this is probably because the ossyria explorer medal for exploring all of ossyria (which is a prerequisite for getting maple explorer. you have to have it) isn't showing up as available either. victoria explorer appears to be working however. you get it from doing beginner explorer and sleepywood explorer.

I know this is a really minor bug (if it actually is a bug and not something i'm doing wrong), but i really enjoy collecting medals, and i'd really appreciate it if someone could fix it.

 

Try forfeiting some of the medal quests you have active at the moment. There's a maximum amount you can have active at the same time.

 

i don't have any other active except the one who touched the sky and it's not able to be forfeited

 

i just completed the one who touched the sky. I have no other medal quests active whatsoever. ossyria explorer and maple explorer still aren't available

 

And you completed all six medal quests needed for the ossyria one?

Edit: also, what lvl are you?

 

The quests are not starting properly so they are currently unavailable.

 

i'm lvl 124. yes, i've done every other explorer medal in the game.

i have minar forest, el nath, undersea, ludas lake, mu lung, nihal desert, beginner, sleepywood, and victoria.

 

any ETA on a fix? i know it's a low priority.

 

Probably tomorrow, a fix for this is on our test server, so just need to test it out and move it over.
