    I'm sure they will once they get more stuff working. Currently im guessing thats not a top priority.

    I believe they will only gave out full sp reset after they finalize and fix all the skill bugs. If they were to change the skills again after giving out full sp reset, they might have to give out another full sp reset after that, which might be exploited by players.
