Hey guys, recently accused of account sharing with "MrHanuM". Hopefully I could explain our part of the story and shed some light on what happened.
Since we started playing, a bunch of us, 5-6 friends to be exact, we decided which character every player picks in order to have a full party of unique chars.
Me, I chose a bish. It was hard on leveling i had to struggle through payed leeches and had a very hard time and bad expirience throughout the level ups. I didn't give up.
I got the the point where I actually enjoy playing the game since I gained my genesis yesterday. My friend Harel (a.k.a "MrHanuM") needed my help to gain money in order to purchase several items.
I was at his place, agreeing to help him since he gave me so much and helped me throughout the levels. I was aware completely to the account sharing section. I leeched this guy in order to give him the money he needed, of course not thinking for one second that I'm doing anything illegal, i mean, what is illegal about helping out a friend? giving him mesos is not allowed by the rules? If so, please point me to that section because I must have missed it. WE WERE NOT ACCOUNT SHARING, My account is my own to use as his own. We are simply playing together.

We payed good money on RP 'cause we believe this game is worth spending our time and money on. We are both adults here (both at the age of 21) and yet we find the society in this game
pleasing and welcoming. Gm's are always there to help and you can see it just by reading the chat ingame.

I beg you to reconsider this silly incident and instead of punishment perhaps guide us to take a better part of our community. I met good friends in this game, and i'd hate it if I had to let them go.

In the chat log above, clearly you were account sharing because you said "this is not my account, my friends acc." So if you are playing on your account, why did you say "this is not my account, my friends acc."?

Long story short, someone in your account (IFoundNemo) made a believable claim for account sharing.

 

I could easily explain this but it will sound like a very twisted excuse. I hope you would believe me because I am telling the truth.
Since I wasn't going for the money I thought they should pay him through the store in order to gain full mesos instead of trade tax, therefore it was written like this.
and as I've said, I was at his place when I was leeching. His account was open (I think, I'm not sure) but my account was open. There were moments when I went on the phone because
and I'm sorry for the overshare I just want you to understand completely of how silly this incident was, me and my girlfriend were having an argument.
Since he already paid and there was no getting out of that leech, there was a brief moment where my friend took over the keypad and leeched for a several minutes. I remember it precisely
because he asked me "what were you guys talking about" and I told him "tell him it's you" and resumed my call. I'm so sorry for that and I know it was wrong but again,
during the circumstances, can't you please understand why things turned out this way? I know you're a rational person, because there you are helping me.
I know you're doing your job trying to protect this community and I promise you that neither of us will ever do something to harm it. A part of why we left the gms was because
there were a lot of scammers and unless you had to screw some one over you couldn't manage. Here I got my guild, a bunch of incredible men who did so much to help me out for no reason besides being nice.
I beg you once more to reconsider this and I can assure you that this will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. From now on we'll play from our computers in our own houses.

 

Pretty much explains why you both will remain permanently banned.
And from the reports we received, it doesn't sound like "a several minutes", but rather it sounds like it lasted throughout the entire leech. Thus, we have all reasons to believe that the incident happened throughout the entire leech duration, rather than your claimed "several minutes". Even if that is the case, it's still an offense.

Note this, in the chatlog, someone on your character "IFoundNemo" said:

This means that it is not the first time this is happening, but rather, it has happened before where your friend made use of your account to HS him/herself.

Therefore, to conclude my post, cooking up stories in hope of convincing me won't work. Because we see evidences (and we clearly have one, like the chat log I showed you which you and your friend avoided numerous times), not made-up claims. So unless you have any concrete evidences to show, you both will remain permanently banned.

I haven't any concrete evidence besides the fact that I change my password almost every two weeks..
I swear to you that this never happened and if you would just give us the chance to prove it, check out on us, see if we do it again.
You base your evidence on chat log, My friend's English isn't as good as mine sometimes he does not understand the meaning of the stuff he says.
I beg you for one final time to reconsider this, I paid good money and a hell lot of time to be a part of this community.
If I thought that what you were doing was merely halfway right I would drop it because I have a sense of justice myself.
My friend, I swear to you that you're wrong about us. Let us prove you wrong by future playing.
The whole point of this game is to have fun while not offending others am I right?
Give us the chance we deserve since we've not offended anyone but (according to you) a game law.
