In past threads this skill is said to be bugged. Is it currently providing exp? Has this issue been resolved or should I put points in something else and pay for leech and/or reroll?
It used to just do the initial damage. It's now corrected to not only do the initial damage but also has the Damage over Time (DoT) effect.
There were two issues. One was the damage, the other was the experience. I am aware they fixed the damage. The other issue was that mobs killed by flamethrower did not give experience if the DOT finished them off. Did they fix this part?
