See attached video. As shown, even if I hit monsters, I do not level up, and is stuck at 99.98%. However, when I use another set of orbis exchange ETCs, it resets to 98%.

Skip to 2:00 and 3:00 of the video to skip walking.

Also shown, crits cannot be seen from a 3rd party as well.

This problem still exists post-12 Jan update, although my character leveled up to 14 from 11 post update.

I used 3 sets of teeth to test the problem again, now my character is stuck at 99.98% again, 4698/3500 exp iirc.

Random thought, have you tried hitting a snail or something to force it to level?
Edit: The reason why I ask is because I thought of how PG warriors end up accumulating enough EXP to level twice if they kill a high enough boss with power guard, but in order to actually level they need to kill a mob.

I've tried already @Sila , as shown in the video at around 2:00, i had my MM go around leeching my character as i did not add energy bolt.

I've also hit snails at henesys hunting ground as well, did not work too.

Bumping this with a temporary workaround:
After you level, enter the cash shop and exit again. Then you can continue on for the next level up, then enter CS again, rinse and repeat.

Thank you @Hyun for finding this workaround. If I misunderstood you feel free to correct me. :p

Well its just a visual glitch. In reality, you're actually gaining all the exp however its just not showing it correctly. Entering and exciting the cs just "refreshes" your lvl to the correct state. So feel free to use however much orbis etc at once!

Thanks @Prismspecs for teaching me this earlier in the day! :^)

Woops this look a bit different from what I was actually experiencing. What I experienced was, even after turning 17 stacks of orbis etc at lvl 21, it would still show my lvl as 21. In order for me to fix this issue, I had to get into cs and back out to actually see how much exp/lvl I gained. Not entirely sure if these two problems are the same. @Sila
