Closed owl of minerva / megaphone aren't functioning?

    Hi!
    IGN: Galaciya
    Problem: owl of minerva / megaphone aren't functioning
    Details: owl of minerva won't find any items, regardless of what i search for. normal 2mil megaphone won't display any text after submitting message. not sure what's wrong. i've used those items before,
    but suddenly they just seem to have no effect whatsoever. tried relogging, changing channels, waiting and looking it up.

    Solved. It kept not doing anything for a couple of days, but the items are functioning properly now for some reason.
