Duplicate Owl of minerva not working

    So, i had 3 owls of Minerva and used them they would show me the items and all the other things about the items but the owl of Minerva doesn't teleport me to the shops. i contacted the gm 3 times and didn't get any responses... PLEASE HALP!!1
