Duplicate Owls freeze you when you search for Nevermelting Snow

Hi, I owled for snow several hours ago but upon owling I was not able to use skills, talk, etc (basically what happens during a freeze) until I logged out of the game. The results did not show up, and at that time I assumed I had unfortunately lagged out the moment I owled.
I owled two more times just now and I got the same results; no owl popups, and the game would essentially freeze for you the moment you owled. I believe this is only for snow, as I was able to owl other things (e.g. onyx apples and heartstoppers) without any kind of problem. I know this is not just me as there are two other people I know who have had this happen to them.

Same thing happens when you try to owl for some Zombie's Lost Tooth.

 

We have a thread for it so if you wish add this as one of the bugged items.
