Owning more than one Lyka Map

Hi,
I recently went to hunt Lyka when I noticed someone killing one in ch 10, so I moved to ch 11 and found another one.

I started killing it, and soon enough the same person from ch 10 who was killing the Lyka there came , did /mapowner and apparently the map was still his, and he claimed it's his Lyka as well and attacked the Lyka I was attacking.

So my question is as so :

Can you own all Lyka's Channels now and completely take control of Lyka maps ?

I really think the current system of mapowner can be made better.

Yes, according to the terms and conditions map owner command is final as to decide who is the map owner regardless of how many maps and channels that person is hogging
