    Also I'd appreciate any advice on finding decent Concertos. The only ones I find in the fm are grey.

    Don't know about the chair but the earring could go for 150m and Dragon Scales for 250k-300k.

    Concertos don't usually come in the market above average much so your best bet is hunting them yourself from Dark Cornians, Nest Golems or various bosses.
