    if u finish it with 60s its worth 500m~.
    Assuming the cost of 60s which are 18m/ea, a buyer would need 4 more scrolls which would cost him 72m.
    Mathematically, it means ur item should never be priced above (500-72) 428m, But since there's a huge risk of at least 1 or 2 failing, you cant sell it at that either.

    Im looking closer to 250m-320m price range. Might as well finish it. Not many ppl will be interested in it at half finished.
