    Are you sure it's an Ele 7? Those don't have any INT on them only LUK.

    You'd be correct in assuming that Zeta Capes and Typhons are worthless. The Elemental Wand 7, on the other hand, is worth quite a bit.

    Elemental Wand 7s do not come with Int; They come with Luk. That wand should be around 100m to the right buyer as Ice Lightning Mages are more popular than Fire Poison Mages.
    If it's the same as the one that was recently Gach'd just a few minutes ago, it's a Elemental Wand 7 with +1 Luk.
