Unfortunately 7 isn't as in demand as 5 or 6 because those come with int, so they're better for bishops. Your market is pretty much only ice/lit mages. the 143 is worth 5m at most. I've bought several 149s for ~30m, but that was a while ago when prices on everything were higher. I'm not sure if that's still what they go for.
