@87Karlos Definitely not 20b. 20b is pretty much equivalent to a perfect weapon. Well, in old source at least. 7 slots, 300m WS at the time, 21b assuming 10 WS per slot. Perfect weapon prices also had to do with demand. Perfect ST, easy sale. Perfect crossbow, pretty hard to sell but possible. Perfect wand? Well, there's like six people who would want it, four of them active, with two of them who realistically have the money. Of course, you do have the RWTers around who might want it, but it's a very easy red flag to investigate them since the people who want to drop serious money on mages are very few and far in between. So my point is that the people who would buy a perfect wand can be counted on almost one hand. My valuation for a perfect 219 TMA Elemental Wand 5 is 30b because that is what I would personally pay for such an item. I doubt anyone else would pay that much ever. The reason why I would spend so much money is that 1. there is no legitimate perfect 0 slot Elemental Wand 5 currently in existence, 2. I don't have the motivation to finish the 5 slots on mine, 3. I have very high motivation to have an Elemental Wand 5 since I already have a finished Elemental Wand 7, so it's a goal of mine to be the first to have perfected both a fire and ice wand, and 4. it's one step closer to finishing all the mage gear. So you see, my reasons for wanting to pay so much for a wand are unique to me and my valuation doesn't really apply to anyone else. And you can't scale the value of a 219 TMA perfect Elemental Wand 5 down to a 207 TMA really either. Less than perfect Elemental Wands are quite cheap to make because of the wand event scrolls. The difficulty and rarity and value of an absolutely perfect wand, particularly an Elemental Wand 5, is 1. how it's at this time truly a one of a kind item, 2. how it's the best in slot item for a wand for both bishops and FPs, and 3. how there is no guarantee whatsoever of making the item apart from pouring in WS into it. It's difficult to determine what other people would pay for a 207 TMA since I'm just not other people. So take my estimation and reasoning with a grain of salt. Historically, Elemental Wand 5s are cheaper than Elemental Wand 7s. There are fewer FPs than ILs around, and most bishops just default to using an Elemental Wand 6 since it's the cheapest wand with equal potential for the highest stats like an Elemental Wand 5. So the only true market for Elemental Wand 5s lies in FPs, and few people play them that seriously. 1 hitting petris is easier now than it ever was before and, for that matter, FPs can 1 hit O4 before they can even 1 hit petris. The high magic of a wand is largely inconsequential to getting to endgame magic levels where most people just care about 1 hitting mobs with their ult. To market to the bishops, the value of an Elemental Wand 5 goes down to almost equivalence with an Elemental Wand 6. And, for this matter, Elemental Wand 5s are very common (surprisingly, perfect cleans are extremely uncommon though, the second rarest only behind Elemental Wand 8s) in general because they come from NLC gachapon. This 197 TMA Elemental Wand 5 had a C/O of 3.5b. So for a 207 TMA, just as a general feeling for how it would scale from that reference, I'd say it's worth 5b. 10 TMA extra valued at 1.5b, so roughly 3 TMA for 500m sounds right to me. I think you can find a semi serious mage player who wants an endgame wand but doesn't want to drop the extreme funding to perfect one who would shell out 5b for it. But again, don't scale from a 219 TMA that I would personally pay 30b for. Get references from other imperfect wands and judge from there. The 197 TMA linked above is a good place to start.
