12/3 isn't just 3b. int 13 slot 0 lv 45 eye mask was sold for over 3b recently. your mask can be 100%ed and be int 15 no problem but I wouldn't do it since it's capable being int 21 perfect mask. When I've made my perf int 21 I've started 10% + ws at 9/4. So yours is definitely worth 10%+ws ing if you want it perfect. I say yours at least 8b as it is. well it's your choice. If you have 8b buyer and need to sell it for quick meso then go for it. If you are a mage main or collecting perf int gear then finish it as int 21 mask. Personally, I would have tempted to buy yours if I didn't have one. But I've already made int 21 mask long time ago.
I just need to know how much is 21 int raccon. If it is 10b and mine is 8 b now, i prefer selling it right now because i have to invest 8 bils round about. If you say its 20 b plus then i may should scroll it and make more mesos as my investment, you know?
