Pretty worthless. Nobody buys Luk Robes because most Mages opt for a Lukless build. Plus, the stats on that aren't optimally clean because the Dark Starlight can potentially be 18 stats clean. Most Lukless Mages opt for either a bathrobe scrolled with Int or a level 23 Mage Robe (because the Zakum Helmet and Deputy Star can get you the required Luk for this robe).
