    In terms of historical pricing, there's an exact one that was sold for 350 mil about half a year ago. But this is a "luxury item" if you will and you might struggle to find someone who can meet that price tag. I'd set a reasonable a/w, encourage people to leave offers, and adjust the price based on demand.
