    15int helms go for 150m. Thats finished stuff. Each 60% helm int costs 11m ea, so 33m off. Thats a price of 117m. But then since there's a risk of it not being 15int, u cant sell it at that price. It has to fall to around 70m in my opinion. Plus nobody is gona buy a half done bandana unless its a bargain, simply because most would NOT know its worth.
