Hard to price because this is far from an mid game weapon, but scrolled decently. To the right buyer, I'd say 250m.
Consider how close in level a 43.kandayo is to a 64.skanda, it is relatively easy to move up to the next option. A 48wa skanda is worth 75m-85m. And on average, a 41-43wa Kandayo is worth 40m-60m. If it's me, i'd be looking at these 2 price ranges, and then basing it to value my 48wa Kandayo. And that looks like a 120m-150m range for me. Its the same as god-scrolling a lv43 random, there isnt going to be much of a profit from it if it aint end-game. But similar to what plenty said, the price is custom, and since the item is in a market of its own, the right buyer may actually buy it for >200m if you're lucky.
