Sadly, most mages are luckless it would be hard to sell that and the shoes maybe 3-5m since everyone uses Facestompers.
Doubt the shoes can even go for that much. Some Warriors might prefer speed shoes during those early levels.
With the HTPs now a reality, i'm sure that eventually overalls with luk requirements such as those aren't entirely out of reach for some lukless mages. Although i'm pretty sure that the majority of mages aren't really looking to devote that much into the character since most of them are strictly leech mules... As for the boots, I'm the opposite of everyone with my characters and i'm not putting much into my warrior. I'm actually looking for boots that have around that amount of str. Although in order for them to be desirable to me i'm looking for the same amount of dex with them. Just my two cents though, I don't know how many people feel the same.
