    Honestly I would NPC everything there, except maybe the 10 DEX top....

    But you can't get top DEX scrolls so it's pretty much worthless except to maybe help a dexless warrior get through lower levels. But even then they will probably be using bath robe.
    Maybe put for 2m~5m in FM store
