Threaten skill no longer work on bosses as well as some of the mini bosses such as MT-09 and Rombot as there's no animation indicator for the debuff. If it does work somehow (Edit: touch damage of Rombot remained unchange after 10+ time use so i assume it doesn't work at all?), then it's probably animation bug ( (Edit: touch damage of Rombot remained unchange after 10+ uses so i assume it doesn't work at all)
I've been trying to get it to work too. It's minimal, but that -20 can be pretty helpful on some bosses and that little orange spinning thing never shows up.
