So I’ve been leveling a Paladin recently and am questioning which route I should go. I like the thought of a crushed skull with shield for endgame but 1H BW seems extremely hard to come by mid game and I’m not even sure if there are any maple weapon versions for it. Is the best option to use 1H/2h maple swords during training and then use SP resets once I can use the CS and switch over to BW? Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
You could do that, just maintain one element in sword then switch over to BW in 4th job, to save on SP resets. Also u can skip final attack to max both masteries and boosters. 2H swords are better for training than 1H swords. My recommendation would be to go 2h sword. But ofc no hate to BW, I'm a BW myself. As you stated you like crushed skull, then sure you can work your way towards that. Personally I used 2h BW, pick up and self scroll, till 140+ then switched to skull.
Is it really that much of a dps/qol difference using 2h BW till crushed skull? I think I’ll max both boosters and then skip threaten. As I’ve heard threaten is mostly useless on this server.
2h bw are beyond terrible, forget they exist. They swing once a day, at best. Check out this thread for where you can find Maple BWs. And you are correct, no level 35 or 43 1h BW maple weapons, only 64 and 77.
I used 2H bw until 64, its not ideal but fine. Lvl 77 maple 1h with some decent Scrolling will probably last you a while after, maybe even until crushed skull.
Hi, 2h BW offers slightly longer range for your mob skill. crushed skull offers better dps, consistent damage, faster hit speed. Do not skip threaten, it is useful particularly in this server. Skip final attack.
I got decent self scroll lv40 2h bw (slow) perfect wa89 cost me a little over 60mil to scroll but last me till lvl80 2h bw (normal) wa 123 cost less then 10mil to scroll (not funded) I would say good to save money if your new, I able earn like 700+mil thanks to 13 day playing mainly gacha from vote highly recommend bw for newbie
