Hi, I'm having some trouble with opening Royals on Parallels 11 for Mac. I tried both Windows XP and Windows 10, but I get the same error message (attached). I tried some things that have been suggested on the forums (disable firewall + re-installing, downloading the C++ redistributable package), but none have solved the problem. Is there any known way to fix this? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance!
