Solved [Solution Given] Parameter is incorrect

    When i try to load Royals, the screen goes blank for 1 second then i get a message | error code -2147024092 the parameter is incorrect".

    Try changing compatibility mode to Windows 7, XP Service Pack 3 or Windows 98. For me, Windows 7 has worked the best. Also, when you're launching the client, don't click anything afterwards (from experience, that helps). Other than that, keep trying to open the client. Matt or John has a stickied thread with a special launch method that launches Maple differently so that it always launches on the first try. So feel free to try any of those above.

    Basically OS above Windows 8 will have this issue. It's not anyone's fault; it's just that an old game client isn't very compatible with newer OSes.
