I was trying to receive the parwen's lab quest, I've finished all the prequest of the alcadno plotline and the parwen plotline. However, I still can't receive the quest from parwen, do i need to finish the prequest from both zenumist and alcadno in order to receive the parwen quest? And btw I drop my alcadno cape, thought I could receive the quest that way, any chance I can at least get my cape back QQ

You need to be a certain level to activate the quest as well...like 70+ if my memory serves me right.
