    anyone can provide a time line for the items to get returned? for the players who were "hacked":X

    There is not an estimated time for refunds. This will take longer than other request as this requires an admin to take a look into it and given the fact there are only 4 atm, I suggest you to be super patient. Also it would help if you can try to list the items you can recall that were hacked to make it way easier for the admin who will assist you.
