In this case, wouldn't I have to be banned within a month of each other? In my case, I was banned last year.. Ive donated under the Ign Lndo and it would suck that I lost my money for no reason. I was banned for 3 days
This was my first time being banned since last year and now I'm perma banned because someone doesn't like me.

If a player has willingly traded over items to someone else then they are no longer his or her items, that's how it works. We don't have a rule for borrowing items to other players, it's their own responsibility and risk they take when they choose to do so." I never scammed someone so that should not be counted as an offence.
No, you misunderstand the concept completely there as it only applies to us correcting the duration of a ban if the ban was supposed to be longer or shorter than what we have applied. So when you were supposed to be given a 3rd offense duration ban we gave you a 1st offense duration ban by accident, but since it was not brought to our attention within 1 month of time there was nothing we could do about it anymore. This means that you were still at 2 offenses at the time, and a future offense would be your 3rd. It doesn't matter whether your first offense was a month ago or 3 years ago, it is still listed as your first offense. And it isn't counted as an offense as you didn't get banned for that, you did however get banned for misconduct here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/scruffle-ban-appeal.72957/ This one was once again accidently turned into a 3 day ban but since it was brought to our attention within a few days of us landing the ban, we corrected it to the duration it was supposed to be which in this case is permanently. You have received 4 bans and the 4th one was a permanent one as we overlooked the 3rd one, you've had your chances and you've wasted them.
