Permanent Banned?

    Okay so i don't know why i have been permanently banned what happened was me and my party were training at Henesys Hunting Ground III this was yesterday and it was my first time playing this game and i wasn't getting any EXP at all for any monster i killed or my party killed. so I asked my party members if they had the same problem ad they said no. i was talking moving even attacking it wasn't even lag, so what happened was my party members told me to re-log so I did and next this i know i get banned once i try to log on once again.
