I am on W7 using compatibility settings. This crash occurs on all sorts of different ingame settings [fullscreen/windowed]. Between maps, the game freezes on a black screen, but responds. This lasts indefinitely. It seems to be reproduced when I idle in a map. Using return scrolls, portals, or entering a PQ will trigger this. I am not sure if this is my individual issue or the game but I have had this issue for several updates. If anyone else has this issue it might be worth investigating. It hinders my gameplay a lot. Even shopping for potions will mean that I crash next time I move maps.
