IGN: Smurflabi Problem: Used my 11k NX to buy dragon candies. Used all of them and my pet is still level 7. I hope to get a refund. I recently purchased dragon candies for 11k NX cash. Applied all 11 candies to my pet dragon it level up to 13 for awhile and then i got disconnected, when i reconnected it was still lv 7. and my candies were not there and my nx cash were all used. This happened at Kerning at about 2am Singapore time GMT(UTC+08:00). Please help. I have been playing this game for 3 weeks now and i would like to support it.
This is an already known bug. Don't post your login ID in public. If you are looking for a refund post in character issues.
