Duplicate Pet bug

    I have a pet rudolph and i bought a red ribbon for it but it says there is an error whenever i want to equip the ribbon.
    I checked and the ribbon is suitable for all pets so there's probably a bug?

    Also, my pet closeness level resets whenever i log in. It used to be lvl 10 with 300+ closeness and now its forever stuck at lvl 9 with 257 closeness and its always hungry.

    Pls fix it :(
