Spent 39k NX yesterday leveling up my pet from level 15 to level 20, logged in today and realized that it is back to level 15 again. Since the searchbox on forums was removed and this isn't included in the 'new source bugs master list', I believe I am entitled to a refund on these NX spent. Attached below are the screenshots I have taken during the process of leveling it up(although I actually went a step further and spent an additional 13k NX to get it to level 21 because the pet guide book in Henesys says the command 'change' would only work after level21, but it did not). I am happy to just have the marbles spent for level 15 to level 20 refunded since I only had the evidence for those levels. Lastly, I would also like to redirect your attention to this problem which me and some other player have been experiencing ever since a server check that happened more than a week ago, we have already made threads about it but we have not gotten any explanation as to why it happened yet so we would appreciate some replies to that issue now as well.
