Have you gone into your Menu -> System Options and adjusted the HP and MP Alert options? If not, they may be turned all the way down which means that your pet cannot pot you. An alternative, are you sure that you have HP and MP pots equipped on your pet? You do this by dragging them and placing the pot on the right of the Auto HP/MP Equips. If you've already checked these and that's not your problem then you'll have to wait for staff to respond.
