Toto is currently able to wear the transparent pet equip only. Why is Toto not allowed to wear other general pet equips like the red, yellow, and blue hat? Most pets are allowed to wear a variety of pet equips, why is this privilege not given to Toto too?
I suppose it's because it's a newer pet, and I think newer pets can't even wear any of the general equip like the kiddie hat or the top hat, like my Ducky. To make them be able to wear it and for it to be visible on the pet, it would require a bit of effort on making a new sprite for it I guess
