IGN: MewIslander Problem: Missing pet Red Ribbon (Pet Equip) on my Islander char Details: Had 900NX before voting today. Used 2000NX and bought a Red Ribbon (Pet Equip) on my off-Island char and scrolled it with Pet Scrolls. Put the pet back into Cash Shop and logged into Islander char. Managed to retrieve the pet but noticed the Red Ribbon pet equip was missing. Relogged to off-Island char and entered CS and it's the same. Can't find the Red Ribbon pet equip that was scrolled
Have you removed the pet ribbon from your original off-island character and put it into the cash shop?

Here's the flow: Logged into off-island char Entered CS and bought the red ribbon Made sure to put the Red Ribbon into the Equip Exited CS Equipped the red ribbon to pet kitty Scrolled the Red Ribbon Entered CS Put pet into CS storage Logged into Islander char and moved pet from CS storage to char storage Red ribbon was missing from Pet Equip inventory Not sure if I hit some kind of bug, but I'm hoping not since it's NX and scrolled equip that was lost. Thanks again! Btw, Xmas lights and Witch Hat being put to good use. Level 3x now
Noticed you didn't include the step of un-equip the ribbon from pet kitty and put into cash shop Have you checked your off-island character's pet equip?
Oh was it a must for me to unequip first before putting it into CS? I logged in again to check and no dice. The red ribbon is still missing from both chars. Captured images as reference from the off-island char, just in case it's needed.
As in, have you checked your off-island character's pet equip section? You need to remove it 1st before storing it into the cash shop inventory
You're a rockstar, @Dave Deviluke . I stored the pet into CS storage. Logged into the off-island char. Took it out of CS storage and voila, the red ribbon was there! So I unequipped the red ribbon and pet and stored them back to CS storage. Logged into Islander and retrieved it from CS storage. All good now! Thanks a million!!!
