I made a second char, and I have 3 pets on my main char I was transferring the 3 pets to my 2nd char and one of them lost all its equipment ): (item, magnet, boots, binoculars) and also his Equip item as well I restarted and redownloaded my client and its still not there, is there anyway I can get them back?
Have you checked all 3 pets equip slots for your main character It's likely still there, yet to be transferred
Hello, yes I double checked them, even transferred the pets back to my main and still no equipment on one of the pets, (baby nero) Idk if this pet is a glitched one or not, is there any other methods i should try? Thank you
So you took off all 3 pets equip and only 1 of the pet equips all went missing? If so, do you roughly remember the estimated date and time (UTC)? *the time is required for Admins to verify if any of the NX items got bugged and went missing
Sorry i fell asleep I live in east side of usa so my time is PST roughly I believe it was 7/5/2023, around from 8pm-11:30pm PST time for when the items got bugged on my pet.
Forgot to confirm something with you What's the exact name of the lost pet's equip, and the stats on it *scrolled with speed, jump or HP?
Hello, yes please, sorry I was inactive for a while, had studies to do. The stats I believe were just +10 speed black hat, and the pet equip items for picking stuff up Thank you again for messaging this, i completely forgot about it
