Hello, I recently purchased a Storm Dragon Pet with RP. However, I am not sure what pet equip the Storm Dragon can wear. I am looking at Top Hat right now, but I don't want to buy pet equip that can't be used on my Storm Dragon. I should've purchased a silver husky instead with RP, now it seems that I can't use pet speed scroll if I can't equip Storm Dragon with pet equip. Thanks in advance! A.
Okay, I found out. It appears that most pet equipment won't work with RP pets (since most pets are specialized event pets). Storm Dragon is one of them, none of the NX pet equips are suitable for the Storm Dragon.
Hmm.. just wondering, how did you find out? Did you actually buy the item (red/blue top hat) and it doesn't equip? I assume that if the description seems to suggest that it can equip, but it actually does not, you would be able to get a refund by posting in the character issues section of the forum.
I tested it out in Cash Shop. Whereas generic pet equips, such as "top hat," may be applied in the Cash Shop preview menu on other pets; the top hat and other generic pet equipment won't work on RP pets such as "Shark in a Bowl, Storm Dragon" etc. I didn't buy the pet equip. However, I had to purchase a new pet husky just to apply my pet equip for speed scrolls. Although pets act as autonomous looters, it would be nice if all pets could equip some type of CS gear to allow scrolling for additional speed or jump. But I guess it won't matter for some classes that can push the max jump and speed without pets (e.g. "haste") or has other equipment that boosts speed and/or jump.
