Minor Pet Level Reset

    I was wondering if anyone had this problem, but my friend bought a pet dragon and then after feeding it all the necessary NX pet food to get it to lvl 15 he went to Gnorlax in NLC and Gnorlax did not have any quests on him. My friend had the Rock of Evolution.

    He then proceeded to put the pet back home and took the pet back out and upon doing that, the Dragon resetted back to lvl 1? Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, does anyone know a solution?

    He tried relogging as well, and it was the same
