    Hey,
    So I just bought the item 'Pet name tag' from CS. After putting the name you want for the pet you 'Accept' and you get the sound of change (?) but the name doesnt change :(

    The item does not disappear or anything just stays in inventory.

    The item is not working and something we missed blocking from purchase, if you are looking for a refund please post in character issues, otherwise you will have to wait until the item gets fixed.
