Phantom Watch Chair?

Sometime last November-December, I was in Kerning and saw someone sitting on what appeared to be a Phantom Watch chair. I didn't catch the person's IGN, and I've never seen the chair again. I haven't found any evidence of it via forum or Google searches. No one I've asked in game has seen or even heard of it.

Has anyone at all seen this chair besides me? If so, do you know where it comes from/what event it was associated with? If it exists, is it tradeable/untradeable?

If you have a screenshot, please post it here. I really don't want to think that, out of all the fascinating possibilities of the multiverse and my mindscapes, I'm reduced to hallucinating Maplestory chairs.

Unfortunately, no. I have that item, and it doesn't give the full effect of what I thought I saw. It was a full on Phantom Watch monster, with the breath and everything.

Since I originally posted this thread, I've found out that the chair doesn't exist, and so I've concluded that I was just super tired or something.
