    Problem: Bug involving Phoenix skill quest
    Details: The reactor for the phoenix is bugged. I dropped the required item and nothing spawned.

    That's ok I'm not in a terrible rush for my BM. I do still need it but I'm probably going to hold off till this weekend to try to get it.
