well this is a new problem for me, as i have been using both my phone hotspot to play whenever i am out of the house, and i have done so since the beginning up to an hour ago at 0800hrs GMT+0, 20 Feb 2020, the message when i log in is as follows, and affects all my accounts, however, when i switch over to my home internet, i can log in fine, as always (screenshot taken within 3 minutes after the top image), with the same account attempting to log in so why not play using my home internet only? well, for the past 3-4 days, my home internet (ISP is Singtel), is ULTRA HEAVY on the lags, whereas my phone's data plan is using M1, which has hardly any problems, even though both are Singaporean ISPs would really love to get this fixed so that i can play normally outside home, at school, etc. also, M1 phone tethering is more reliable than Singtel, which i really need when im getting Zhelm or HTP, so that i don't randomly dc, please help T_T
Update: 1000hrs Gmt+0, 20 Feb 2020 somehow i can log in normally again with my 4G idk what to do with this thread that only lived for about half an hour very sorry if this thread seems spammy, but i would like to let this problem be known to the staff, so that this kind of problem can possibly get fixed
