So I decided to start playing MR again the other day, downloaded the client again and noticed that the game now wants a PIC for your characters. I set mine up, played for a couple minutes, then logged out. Logged in last night to find that my PIC would not work at all. I tried several different combinations (admittedly I always choose a very simple PIN for all games/characters, etc, so it's always the same combo of literally 4-6 numbers), but none of them worked and I ended up locking my account. I've changed my password since then, and now the client directs me here. I've messaged an admin since then, but no dice. Is there any way to just reset the PIC? Any other options?
