    Can I get a PIC and PIN reset for my account? I am a previous donor, I haven't played this game since 2015 and I don't remember those pieces of information. I have a DK named Synix. If there's any other piece information you need please let me know. I also have another character on a different account named HolyShiba can I also get that account's PIC and PIN reset as well? I can provide further details if needed.

    Hello, you may use the Control Panel to reset your PIN and PIC. If you are missing other pieces of your account information, you may follow this guide to request manual recovery.
