Hi I forgot both my pic and pin and I’ve been told to refer to 2 admins who will help me... I’ve send them both messages on Thursday but one of them is answering once a day, if so, and the other doesn’t answer at all. What do I do? Ive been waiting fo 5 days now to get my codes and play but it doesn’t look like it will happen soon. 1) did it happen to anyone else? 2) what can I do about it? Tnx in advance! BTW: I’m not blaming anyone, just seeking help.
