I commented on this yesterday on another post, but now I have screenshots so making an official bug report. The issue with the 'Pies baked for your guild' is only partially fixed. I have 4 chars over lvl 30, all on the same account, all doing pies for my guild. After the announcement that the bug was supposed to have been fixed, 3 of those characters are now reporting increasing numbers of pies baked for my guild, however 1 is not. The attached screenshots show the Guild tally board before I bake and after I bake, showing that the pies I am baking are contributing to the Guild's total pie count. The other ones show 2 pie bakes approximately 4 hour apart, showing the count on Grandma Benson's dialogue box still reads 1 pie baked for my guild. It also shows the number of total pies I have baked, enough to get the pumpkin ring and I have not changed guilds during this event. I am not alone with this problem, several people in my guild are having the same issue as are others that have posted this issue here on the forums. The main concern I guess is that if our counter remains at 1, and not increase to 5 as needed those affected will not get the promised rewards for all our efforts. I have not changed guilds nor did I turn in ingredients guild-less. Counter just randomly went back to 1 and made me the big sad :c
I changed to an alliance guild to do the event, 95% sure all pies I have baked have been with new guild and many were baked before the bug was reported and presumed fixed. My other 3 characters were added to guild during the event and were previously guildless and they are now registering increased 'pies baked for the guild'. I definitely didn't bake any pies on the 3 that are counting, when they were guildless. Not sure if that is significant or not.
May I ask if your 3 working chara were added to the guild before or after the fix? Anything different from the non-working 4th chara?
The 3 working ones were added before the fix, they were also stuck at 1 until the fix, now they are counting fine. Differences? Nothing that I can think of other than I have already mentioned. The non-working was the first to join the guild for the pie event and was in an alliance guild before and the others were not. The non-working one is my highest, it's a DK lvl 70, others are a Gunslinger Lvl 45, Cleric lvl 35, Assassin lvl 33 All much the same, all have pets, all have cash shop items equipped, only differences is their levels and class. Have not noticed anything out of the ordinary when playing any of them other than this event so far. Not sure that helps, but thank you for persisting
Hi, GMs I have been doing the event pie for my guild, but from the 3 account that i have doing the event only 2 account the pie count is working but other 1 which is my main are not, no matter how many ingredient i finish, the number of pie bake are stay in 1. Can you pls try to fix this problems again. Thank you GM
Hi~ I've been told to reply to this thread for the bug I'm experiencing. I own the guild Themis before this event started so I can say that I was in the guild before the fix. I have multiple accounts and this is the screenshot I have from yesterday on the 25th November. My pie count is still at 1. IGN : xAkio Guild : Themis
hi, pie was still remain 1 after i turn in my ingredients today.... after turn in.... after few hours n check the number still 1 I do this pie turn in for 7 characters and it only happened the issue to this char. I believe some of my friends are facing the same thing too.
Stopped doing on my paladin because pie count remains at 1. My bowmaster's pie count has been fixed though. Both Chars have never joined any other guild.
Just to let you know that for me and some of my other guildies the problem has been resolved. We are now counting as we should. Many thanks for your persistence in this matter. It is much appreciated by those of us that were affected. Happy Mapling
