Fixed Pilgrim Hat bug?

    I saw that the cooldown of the Pilgrim hat quest was 4 hours in the event description, so I tried the second hat.

    And i was able to get a second hat (this year)

    However, the website's event description still says one hat per character. Which one is correct? :D
