Has anyone had their account pin/pic reset? how long til you got help? I’ve submitted a thread a while ago and was wondering if anyone has this problem. I’ve tried to reset multiple times and there’s nothing is my emails. Not in spam either. I just want to play some mapleroyals again but I’m locked out
The truth is that the same thing happens to me, I don't get anything and I already contacted support and they haven't responded to me. I also want to play.
If you already submitted a thread, one of the admins will reply when they are able. They have a large backlog and account recovery can take some time unfortunately.
