Hi, so I'm trying to farm smiley masks, neutral masks, and frowny mask ETCs from the Temple of Time for the Pink Bean Prequest (I know it's not out yet but I'm just trynna complete some quests!). After 4-5 hours of farming, I got 3 smiley masks (From Memory Lane 2). To finish the quest, you need 10 masks from each region of ToT... I don't understand why it's not dropping fast enough as I can essentially one shot them and this server has a 2x drop rate. At this point I'm wondering if the drops are bugged. I had to go through 1400 regular etcs to get just ONE smiley mask! LOL Does anyone else have experience with this? Was Chaos Marble THIS hard to get before big bang? Halp Q.Q (Thanks for reading btw ^_^ )
Yep, they drop at a very low rate. I've been at it a while, too. Just part of the experience, much like killing 1,000 of each monster in the first stages. (Or that part was time consuming as a new Bishop with level 10 Genesis, anyway.)
Haha, glad there is someone out there just like me Time to go back to the grind... hopefully they dont raise drop rates when i finish the quest f3
